Hope is famous in cinema along with neighboring Blairstown as the backdrop for the original Friday the 13th movie. What's surprising is how little this tiny Moravian crossroads has do to with a horror movie. One of the most charming and admittedly lazy historic villages in the Mid-Atlantic region, Hope boasts a large collection of stone Moravian buildings now housing offices, shops, restaurants and a bed and breakfast - The Inn at Millrace Pond.
