The restaurant and their charming gift shop, the Potting Shed, are easily worth a try even if you don't spend the night.

Dancing Dog Antiques is a wonderful source for country antiques slightly more elegant than shabby chic. Housed in an old barn just off the main road (Route 247) north of Honesdale Wayne County, Dancing Dog has been written up in several magazines but chances are, you've never been.
