Once called one of America's Top 10 best Main Streets, its not exactly a hidden place to locals. But if all you think of Rhode Island is Newport and Providence, then this is absolutely worth a visit. Situated just north of the Newport Bridge, Wickford has an amazingly intact business district surrounding the village's marina.
